We have well trained food handlers for preparation, storage and serving food in healthy and hygienic conditions. Itihaad Associates has a proper training system for a good and safe work-ing environment for staff. Personnel hygiene is a key for a safer food preparation and that is why Itihaad Associates has developed a daily Tool Box training System under ‘Managers on Site’ for food handlers to follow basic food hygiene principals and PPE (Personal Protective Equipments).
